The landlord is overcharging us for trash fees. We received a 76.60 USD trash charge for December 2025, for a 2 people household. We were away for 10 days in December. The property managers said that's how they want to bill us as the lease says we will pay trash charge, but our lease agreement has no such number written. They are exploiting tenants without informing them what they will actually charge when we sign the lease. Their advertisement said average utility bill would be 100 to 150 USD.
