There was a large roof leak during the thunderstorm that occurred last week, on July 16th which led to ceiling leaks in multiple units. One unit was hit especially hard, and there has been little to no follow up on mold remediation or a plan of action for fixing the roof for future leaks.

Tenant is trying to break lease reached out to Landlord in December. Let him know she's trying to break lease and that she would find someone to sublet before she leaves. Landlord instructed her to not do that. Since that initial time tenant has not been able to reach landlord, she's attempted to do so repeatedly by calling and knocking on door. Tenant is trying to get everything handled but, not getting a response from landlord is making it difficult. What are rights what should tenant do?

There is a tenant in our building who has had major damage to the ceiling in her bedroom. Mold is now a concern due to water damage and she cannot sleep there. Landlord and mgmt have done little to accommodate the tenant's issue other than allowing her to sleep in a vacant apartment on the floor. Tenant brought some clothes and personal artifacts with her and was promptly scolded as she is to only "sleep" there. I feel mgmt has a strong responsibility to provide suitable housing in the meantime
