Two or three people have taken up residence in back of a business/residence. Different people come and go, there is trash inside the area they created and around it. Fires have been seen inside the area. I am concerned there may be drug traffic.

Per Online; Construction noise. It is 3 am and they are pumping concrete into a building foundation. A woman went outside to scream and honk a car horn at them. I have video if you need it.

I have lived in seattle my entire life and the university district for several months now and never in my life have I come across so many piles of human feces or interrupted someone defecating in public. I have seen multiple people pooping on the sidewalks and have had to avoid many trails and piles of HUMAN poop. On average I see around 4-5 piles of poop and have become more vigilant about where I'm stepping. This is not okay, as someone who works with children and is concern
