Leaf blower and gardening machines. Noise decibel reaches 120+ onsite and between 74.7dbls. and 96.8dbls+ across the street and around the corner. FOr about 45 min the noise has been impossible to have a conversation at or around this job site. The leaves and dirt are being blown away from building. He is using a gas blower with no PPE. Hearing, lungs, this man is being asked to do this in 41 degree weather. We are a concrete area with no sound barrier or trees or grass or bushes. This level of
