Before I moved out,there was an ongoing problem with correct water bill charges. I was told not to pay thebill until the issuewas resolved. Imoved and havenow received a notice my depositwas absorbed intothe water usagecharges, and I still owe additional charges. I havetext messages toprove I was toldnot to pay the billuntil the problemwas corrected.

Storage container was put in street a year ago outside a construction site that is not currently active. The container is being used by the contractor and trucks are showing up as early as 7am and loading and unloading items in the container while blocking the entrance and exit to the Watermarke Apartments garage.
