Per Online; Mama's Viet Kitchen's hood fan has been turning on and off randomly throughout the night. This fan is so loud that it makes the entire building shake, making it impossible to sleep. This happens several times throughout the night at random, and has been happening since this past saturday may 21st. The restaurant is saying that there is nothing they can do to ensure that the fan doesn't turn on. For an idea as to how loud this hood fan is: you can hear it turn

I believe they are remodeling for a new restaurant, inside of the property, without permit for a new restaurant/business.
