There is a garbage truck that comes right outside my apartment every single morning besides Sunday between the times of 5:20-5:45 AM and it is extremely loud and wakes me every single morning. It is an extremely loud banging noise louder than any vehicle noise I've ever heard. I read that there is a 7am -10pm restriction. I'm not sure why a garbage man needs to come that early. I know I'm not the only person having this issue. Please do something.
