Per 4/20/09 online complaint: "This complaint is in regards to a new house that has been built well within five feet of the property line shared with 8608 42nd Ave. S., Seattle, Wa., 98118. We have complained about this before and nothing has ever been done about it.***Is the foundation per 6085762?***
