Per online complaint: "recently put in back stairs to a apt bldg without permit - the steps are to small and are unsafe when opening door- Back yard along ravine edge has piles of dead foliage and plant material- grass uncut since last summer-steps from parking lot uneven new hand rail doesn't work well-sidewalk uneven." Dishwasher issues and water backs up in kitchen sink.
