I am filing this complaint for violations of the Seattle Residential Landlord-Tenant Ordinance (RLTO) and related housing protections.My employment with Indigo Real Estate was terminated in February 2024. Immediately afterward, the landlord imposed a rent increase that far exceeded Seattle's 10% rent cap and disregarded the employee housing arrangement that had been in place.
