HOUSING--per online--We have had ongoing leak problems throughout our house (basement/groundwater, roof and pipes). We have inhabited the house since 2014, and the pipe, and roof leaks have increased in measure. Our landlord, while outwardly responsive, has not fixed these problems in a measurable way and I am concerned for my health because of the ongoing moisture in the building and mildew/mold starting to grow.It is an old house and our landlord has outright said th
