The heating does not get above 65 degrees in the apartment, even with the heat on blast 24/7. I have acquired a space heater and it does not help, sometimes it trips the power lines. I have informed the Maintenace team last winter of this issue and was told "this building is just cold" and that "there's nothing they can do".I would like to know what are my rights and actionsReference 012375-24
