Redside Partners, LLC, withheld $280 of our renter's security deposit. We moved out on June 30, 2025, after providing proper notice. Redside did not return any portion of our deposit until August 27. When they did return it, they withheld $280. They have not provided us with a "full and specific" statement of alleged damages, nor documentation of repair or cleaning costs as required by SDCI codes. They are not responding to our attempts to contact them, including certified mail.

Showerhead is missing. Door to water heater is missing; other doors are broken. Hole in wall with metal protruding. Protective grill missing from bedroom heater. Unit has not been cleaned - contains garbage from former tenants. Landlord won't respond to caller's requests for repairs/cleaning.
