Per 3/30/16 online complaint: "Owner had trees cut down between side walk and street, without notice, hitting my car with resulting damage. This was done during work hours. Workman was noted to be blowing debris off my car, with wipers in the up position, but denies hitting my car despite paint scratches and dented bumper."

The fire department was out to this rooming house to tend to a sick person that lives in the basement. The windows are moldy, the walls are sloughing, there are bed bugs, floor to ceiling storage of garbage and stuff, sanitation issues throughout the building.
