An incredible amount of garbage is surrounding this building, mostly the alley way/ back of the building. The garbage is spilling into the alley itself and the parking spots and is piled about 6' high in some parts. The garbage has completely filled the designated garbage area which is now inaccessible. The landlord (Tripalink Corp.) has failed to address a recent roach infestation that has been ongoing since at least September 8th, 2024. The infestation has now affected at least seven units in the building and no action has been taken either to treat all impacted units or perform any maintenance to the exterior of the building to prevent an infestation in the first place. If the infestation is not properly treated now it will continue to spread and the roaches will keep coming back.

Did not provide us with a move in checklist until 5 months after move-in and then did not provide us with our full deposit back as legally required. Additionally, it seems like the building is out of compliance with RRIO and has not had a renewal since October 2019, making them 2 years out of compliance assuming that the information I found online is correct.

The construction across the street begins before 7 am on weekdays and before 9 am on weekends. Jackhammering and related noise occurs before 8 am on weekdays. Remnants from the constriction site cause on and off noise 24/7.
