zoning- junk storageobserved 5 inop vehicles in front yard and 2 or 3 in rear yard. Blk truck is parked in ROW. Gave Abandoned vehicle hotline to compl for vehicles in ROW. Additional auto parts and junk storage are visible in rear yard.

Per online complaint, "The following code violations can be found at the above property- Outdoor storage of junk (inoperable cars, debris) Vegetation from private property/planting strip overhanging/encroaching. The overgrowth the side and back is compacted over 2 feet deep and there are over 8 cars inoperable since 1980."
