The construction zone near the new LINK station in the University District on 12th and 45th Street is extremely loud and construction begins at 5:30 AM every weekday. Several large machines are demolishing old building and operating very loudly for hours for the past couple weeks. I am a student and have lost a lot of sleep over this, and unless something is different here this website says construction should not start until 7 on weekdays.
