There is a resident in my building who uses his grill frequently outside. The patio for this apartment is located between our building and the one next door. Because of the close proximity to the building my apartment is frequently filled with the smell of smoke. I am not sure if this is a violation of some sort but I am worried about the CO I and likely the other neighbors may be breathing in since my windows are right above the patio used to grill.
