Per Online;There are so many rats on this property that they live freely in the daytime on a small back lawn. They also have a large bird feeder and the rats and some rabbits are eating the spilled bird feed. Many of the moldings have fallen off the side of the house and many other windows do not close. Ivy on the front of the house has grown over the entire window. Access to parts of the house no longer works.
