PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: This 10 unit low-rise apartment complex has undergone extensive contruction and remodeling over the last year, which does not have appropriate permits for. They have permits to remodel three units, but they have remodeled all unites but one, plus redone all of the electrical and plumbing.

Construction within the apartment complex has resulted in potential HBMC violations. Bathroom has cracks in the ceiling and debris is falling; hallways have holes in the walls and plumbing is exposed; excessive dust from construction work.
