Per Online; There are multiple alarms going off in the Sora Apartments at 4239 8th Ave NE in the University District. The building is currently under construction, and is empty. The windows are open, and being that the building is empty, it is echoing all through the neighborhood. I have contacted both Sora Apartments and Constantine Builders, but have not heard anything backI am a resident manager of an apt building, and have been receiving complaints all day from

Construction has started multiple times on the Weekends including Sunday April 25th before 7am.

The construction has been starting 30-60 minutes before 7 consistently. They use a loud crane at around 6 am every day.
