Last summer a resident jumped from a window and crashed onto an awning over the sidewalk. The property owner (DESC) has been asked to repair the damage but has not done so. The crashed awning results in the residents of DESC Canaday house congregating in front of the senior apartment building next door when it rains, often resulting in the harassment of the elderly residents.
