The landlord cheng nan lin harasses tenants and adds extra illegal charges for instance the electricity bill are supposed to be paid to city light but he will say you have not paid it and then add 150$ on charge. Multiple tenants since 2016 had been forcefully removed from the house as most tenants are international students who are not familiar with their rights so he takes advantage of it. Plus there are multiple properties under his sons name ashon who implants the same strategies, they take
