per online complaint: The night of Sep 11, 2017, a noise that sounded like jackhammering. Not clear where it was coming from, but it could have been several blocks away. It persisted from about 11:30 pm to 12:30 am or 1:00 am. It was loud enough that I could not fall asleep even with windows closed.

Per online complaint: this street on 7th ave NE and 43rd is very dirty. vegetation is overgrown into the sidewalk area make it impossible to walk. the owners have thrown all of there trash out front including a large mattress. There are also old signs for no parking left by the city in a pile. can you please clean this
