Per Online; I cannot tell if it is on the property I am renting a townhouse from or the neighbors responsibility but there is a hedge that has been obstructing the public sidewalk by approximately 2 feet for the past year. This hedge is on the right hand side of the staircase for the property at 4259 8th Ave NE Seattle, WA 98105 between the staircase and the neighbor's fence.

Covered parking under dwelling units is serving as a homeless encampment. Homeless individuals are camping with tents - best noticeable during evening hours, however there is visible evidence during the day as well. Miscellaneous junk and debris.
