Water has been leaking from the bathroom ceiling. The toilet from the apt. above is leaking, sewage backs up into tenant's apartment when the upstairs unit flushes their toilet. Last month, workers made a 3' hole in the wall, it is still open. Tenant complained to manager, and now has received an eviction notice after asking for compensation for not being able to use the bathroom. Note: Caller referred to POTA.
