tenant rights - I have not been able to use key to my apt for past 10 days (can be locked from inside cannot lock from outside of apt I am not able to leave I feel like I'm being held hostage something needs to be done about this landlord/mgt is aware not sure what they can do to help maintenance is out due to illness.Gloria Ball - mgr (206) 518-6118 (out for the holiday no-one available at LIHI offices)
