Broken elevator in senior building leaving residents stranded. Many disabled and wheelchair bound residents stranded since last week. Cannot get food deliveries, make medical appointments, etc. This urgent matter could save lives of elderly. TK Elevator at 425.403-5088 is making repair but no date expected to be operational. tenant rights - I have not been able to use key to my apt for past 10 days (can be locked from inside cannot lock from outside of apt I am not able to leave I feel like I'm being held hostage something needs to be done about this landlord/mgt is aware not sure what they can do to help maintenance is out due to illness.Gloria Ball - mgr (206) 518-6118 (out for the holiday no-one available at LIHI offices)
