[Eviction moratorium]My property manager issued a 10-Day Notice to Comply or Vacate on Jan 17, 2022 citing a noise complaint about conversation sounds escaping from my unit despite the eviction moratorium. Per the lease, she requested I pay a $250 fee: $200 for issuance of the notice and $50 for noise. Via email on Jan 21, I informed her of the eviction moratorium that continues to be in effect until Feb 14 and shared the moratorium FAQ that provides guidelines on non-payment related notices.
