Possibly illegal ADU, no circulation only has 1 window, smoke detector is broke. Water quality is really bad, landlord stated waterpipes are not good but has done nothing to fix them. Not maintaining property, junk storage, construction debris/trash in driveway and yard. Attracting rodents of all kinds.
