Real Property Management recently installed wire fencing along guardrail walkways 2nd story and above. Problem is there's sharp jagged edges where they cut the wire without tying it off or bending it in a way to prevent sharp wires from poking out, so now when you hold onto guardrail fencing you cut your hands

CONSTRUCTION--per online-- Abatement crew is pulling off brick and mortar off of South side of building. Chunks of brick are flying all over the street and sidewalks. No action has been taken to limit exposure of the neighborhood to silica and/or asbestos.
