Mold in unit (FYI: Mold is not visible, unsure where it is coming from, but complainant stated she is having health problems due to mold) and cracks on interior of bedroom wall. The concrete walkway to the apartment is broken and the fence (which is on a steep slope) is sliding, looks like it is going to fall. Refferred to American Lung Assoc.
