I am being charged a $250/month "Month To Month Charges" fee that matches no option in the only renewal document I received, and I have never been given a Seattle-compliant rent increase notice for it. The door to our balcony (3 stories up from street level) does not latch or lock. We identified this on our move in inspection sheet and have filed many maintenance requests to have it fixed. We moved in to this apartment in February. The maintenance people have looked at the door once or twice and have come up with excuses for why they cant fix it. We have been asking many times for the issue to be resolved.
