PER PHONE COMPLAINT: the fire alarm monitoring system is not working. Twice, the apartment fire alarm went off and the Fire Department was not dispatched. A tenant (not the Complainant) contacted Fire Department and was informed the last inspection on the fire alarm panel was in 2014.
