Redside Property Management was not up to code with smoke alarms in their units at the 4301 Address. They did not have smoke alarms in the bedrooms of the units. I believe they have been aware of this for some time as they replaced all the smoke alarms in the hallways of the units in 2025. I believe they were trying to avoid a citation for violating this code and illegally entered my apartment on 2/5 with no prior notice of entry to place a smoke alarm before the city inspection also on 2/5.
