Black mold in bedroom and musty smell throughout unit. Excessive vegetation/foliage has been piled on the flat roof of complex - complainant believes this is causing moisture issues through the ceiling. Furthermore, the back walkway behind the unit has drainage problems and there is an opening in the crawl space.
