tenant has a month to month lease, 6 months ago she received a notice of rent increase for $20 but on the notice tenant was told she was to switch to year long lease. She is now being told that if she stays on month to month her rent will increase by 9.9%. This 9.9% increase was not noted in her rental increase she received 6 months ago. Also no EDRA paperwork was included in rent increase paperwork.
