Directly across Myrtle Street from the home at 4312 S Myrtle St, 98118 - there is an alley. An adjacent property owner has installed a gate at the entrance to the alley, including a lock....then incorporated the alley as private parking for their property. I also own a home on this block, and I no longer can access the back of my property from the alley. I'd like the alley to be opened back up for public use.
