The upstairs neighbors shower pipes broke and leaked into our ceiling on Monday 3/29/21. A plumber was sent to cut a hole in our ceiling so that the water could drain out on Tuesday 3/30/21, but now our property management company is not approving any further work be done. Nothing offered to relocate,or to move to anotherunit. What are my rights?

The upstairs neighbors shower pipes broke and leaked into our ceiling on Monday 3/29/21. A plumber was sent to cut a hole in our ceiling so that the water could drain out on Tuesday 3/30/21, but now our property management company is not approving any further work be done. It has been a week and we have a whole in our bathroom ceiling and every time the upstairs neighbor showers the water flows into our shower below.

Construction in multi family and neighborhood commercial zone after 7pm multiple nights (weekday and weekend). After notifying the property manager multiple times and asking for the noise to cease outside of approved construction hours they have continued. Noise includes hammering, removing cabinets, dishwasher replacement, pumping out water heater, scrubbing the floor, etc.
