I live in a townhouse and my neighbor, who I share a wall with, had a siding issue. They tore off some of their siding and placed a temporary covering over it. This temporary cover has been there for over a year. Their siding is exposed and risks water intrusion that can impact my unit given that their damage is near a shared wall. I have asked them repeatedly about their plan to fix it and they have conveyed that they do not intend to fix it. This will ultimately lead to damage in my unit, and
