This building has a severe, building-wide cockroach infestation that has been going on for a couple of months. The building management was notified of the issue at least 30 days ago and they have been very slow acting to address the problem. Building management has only started treatment for the first unit that was the initial start of the infestation. The cockroaches have spread to multiple other units, and management is not taking timely action to curb the infestation in a reasonable time

There has been an ongoing problem with the house electrical system. This is a shared housing unit with people that have medical disabilities.What happens is that the outlets and lights will go out in two bedrooms on the top floor as well as the kitchen lights. None of the breakers in the house trip[ and the lights as well as the outlets stay out for up to a week.

On December 9th a pipe burst and flooded the entire building. The property management removed just the padding beneath all carpeting in the units an it is still wet been going on since December and the padding has not been returned there are two or three tenants in this unit.
