CONSTRUCTIONHouse is up for saleConcrete wall constructed in 2010-2011 encroaching into right of way. Cracking and tilting due to poor construction.Outlets in 3rd floor "wet bar" area may still have functioning wall outlets which were identified in previous land use complaint. Stove vent duct still exists where illegal stove was likely located.
