I have requested maintenance from Walls Property Management and their team in writing via their appfolio portal, and via email, several times for the following issues in my apartment, and they are being ignored:Broken Dishwasher: its tripped the breaker, leaked out the front, stopped pumping water and now the heating element won't work): Initially requested 8-26-23, updated 9-11-23, sent email asking when repairs would be made 9-11-23. My Property Managers, Walls Property Management, started construction on an active leak in my house, then left it unfinished. There is a gaping hole in my closet where black wood and water sometimes actively drop down into a pot I've placed underneath the hole. The front porch roof has collapsed due to water damage, which continues to build up and create mold. The landlord, partnered with Walls Property Management, has only cleaned up the fallen debris. They have not addressed the structural issues or mold growth. As the damage continues, I continue sending photos and asking for repairs, as the collapsed roof is directly over our front door. Walls Property Management had their maintenance team work on the outdoor entryway steps to the second floor. After their work, they painted the steps black. I asked them officially today, tue jul 28, to supply some sort of safety precautions on the steps, like reflectors or siding, so they're visible at nnight.They said no.
