A little over a month ago, on 4/28/2025, I reported to my building manager- an employee of Pacific Crest Real Estate, the property management company responsible for 432 Summit Ave E- that there were animal noises coming from above my living room ceiling that were starting to sound like they were causing structural damage (lots of scratching, gnawing for hours daily). An exterminator came out, but I did not ever hear what they actually did, and the maintenance request was marked 'done'. I gave

Leak from neighbor's unit into the kitchen, prop mgmt won't fix the leak now there is water damage and potential mold in the kitchen area

No hot water in unit. For awhile, there would be 3-4 minutes of hot water before it went cold. Now, no hot water at all. Landlord slow to restore.
