Per Online;This apartment complex added aggregate to the area between their parking area and the street approximately 4+ years ago. It was not graded to match the existing street and as time went on and people drove on it, pushing the aggregate inwards and creating a large pool of water and an issue of flooding when it rains. The large area froze to ice during the winter storm of 12-2023. Can someone please ask them to redo the grading to code -or- get the asphalt fixe
