Not ADA compliant- front doors have been a consistent problem which are incredibly difficult to open even if you are able-bodied. There is no automatic door open button, making the building incredibly difficult to enter if physically disabled. This violates Section 1105.1.8 of the Seattle Building Code (at a minimum.)

Heater in apartment unit does not provide sufficient heat. Unit does not maintain average temperature of 65 degrees. Maintenance workers have been out and have claimed that there are no problems.
