Tenant moved out of unit. Once tenant moved in noticed all kinds of mainteance issues being fixed or finished. Owner wanted tenant to sign lease prior to walk through, even though tenant didn't agree. When tenant moved in there were no timelines of when issues would be fixed. The management at Westwood Apartments are unprofessional and do not care about the safety or wellbeing of their tenants. I have made multiple maintenance requests that have not been completed.
