On November 20, 2023, unsafe electrical issues started a fire originating from a baseboard heater while it was switched off. On November 25, 2023, resident returned to the unit to clean and found the heater was still on, measuring 230 degrees fahrenheit, and the breaker had not flipped. Property management tried to resume collecting rent on November 29 without inspection or addressing electrical issues.

I do not have a mailbox key and thus cannot receive USPS mail at my current location. I moved in a month ago and this issue was reported via the online request system with Prospector Property Management at the time of moving in and I still cannot forward mail to my new address.
