We are an adjacent neighbor and are bothered by the noise associated with this neighbor's small outdoor pool. They are apparently running public swimming lessons for multiple small children out of their personal/residential pool on Tuesday and Thursday from 4-6pm. Since the lots are side by side, the noise of the shouting instructor and the multiple children in the pool is intrusive and affects the enjoyment of us using our outdoor space during these lessons. This house is running swimming lessons as a business. The person running swimming lessons does not live in this house. Mac Rysemus is running the lessons and advertising them on Facebook. The lessons are creating noise in our neighborhood as they shout out swimming commands to the kids in the pool. I like up around the corner and can hear the lessons from my house.
