Management will not repair failed seal in my daughter's bedroom, causing excessive SCL bills. I've been submitting requests for the past 4 years, and management continues to cancel, without an explanation.

HOUSING--per online--I don't have the RCW in front of me, but isn't there something written into rental codes regarding safety/security? Basically, our property manager has no solutions for the rampant and repeated theft that has been recurring over the last few months besides telling us "don't buzz in strangers or let people follow you into the building." We regularly find mail stolen and things in common areas tampered with and some of us have seen people in the building who
