New lights on the back of the building facing the alley intrude into the neighboring apartments. These brighter lights were installed in February when the attached photos were taken and were annoying from the start but have become increasingly problematic in enjoying my apartment. I decided to contact you after I had a house guest who had trouble sleeping in my living room due to the bright lights.
